Roger Sanders graduated in 1979 from the University of Utah College of Law and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Sanders has practiced law across Utah for over 30 years, and is experienced in many different areas of law including real estate, financial, water rights, and mineral rights. His current practice includes water law, real estate law, development law, financial law, planning and zoning law, and workouts. He has served as counsel to public and private irrigation and water companies. He has served as the Trustee and President for various non-profit entities across the state. His professional expertise in water and mineral law has helped many clients resolve complex legal issues.

Benjamin Ruesch has been admitted to practice before all Utah state courts including the Utah Supreme Court and before the Federal District Court for the District of Utah. He has successfully assisted clients on a wide range of legal issues involving real estate law, water law, bankruptcy, business and corporate law, estate planning and probate, and construction law.

Mr. Ruesch has lived in Utah, Illinois, Missouri, California, Puerto Rico and Brazil. He enjoys his family, all sports including football, tennis and basketball, church and scouting (Eagle Scout earned in 1996).

Nathan C. Reeve is a proud graduate of Hurricane High School, Nathan received his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University, where he majored in Economics with minors in Management and Spanish. He went on to graduate from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law in 2009.

While at UNLV, Nathan was a two-time winner of the prestigious Sports and Entertainment Law Association Ping-Pong Tournament. Nathan welcomes all challengers and notes that the office’s conference room has a suitable table and that law books make good nets.

Nathan is an Eagle Scout who believes that being prepared has special application in the legal profession.

Nathan learned Spanish during two years of service in Guatemala and is glad to be in a position to help los latinos con sus asuntos legales incluyendo defensa criminal, bancarrotas, inmigración y más.
